The story follows two young Pictunatios, Russia-1 and Russia-2, the former of which decided to take care of the latter after finding them crying on the street. As day passes, they have grown closer to each other. Their bond seems to be unbreakable, until one unfortunate day... Russia-1 left the house, convinced they will help their country.

This story follows two Pictunatios, a genuinely nice and precious bean, and the a guy you'd think sits at the back of the class with all the antics they're doing. Although they have never known each other before, they immediately had formed a close friendship ever since the moment they were introduced to each other. Although... it soon develops into more than just a friendship...
